I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a couple of times in the past two years. The neighborhood is safe and the location provides a lovely view. The staff are delightful, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is great value. The communal areas have character with antiques, and there are nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel is quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. A cheap taxi ride or short walk takes you to the center.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was excellent and they all spoke English and probably several other languages. The hotel was a little difficult to find but once we got parked on the street in front we walked to everything. The breakfasts were more than adequate.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect festive retreat. The location was great, with easy access to the main attractions and shopping areas. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home.
The hotel's location on a quiet street, which made it a bit tricky to find at first. But once we got our bearings, it was easy to navigate the city.

It's very friendly and the rooms are fantastic. It's quite close to the most interesting city centre areas.
Wrong to say didn't like but it should be noted that's it's a steep, albeit short, uphill walk back from the city.

Hotel staff very nice and understanding. Helpful in providing indications and maps. Good English speakers. Location close to old town center but quiet. Good food at breakfast. Ambience is cute, like a dream location. Beautifully designed in authentic Bosnian style. Excellent service and staff. Special mention to head of reception Alma for her helpful and friendly nature. Luxury room on 4th floor with amazing balcony and view. Owner made us feel like friends and was really helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy.
Everything great.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Helped us make travel arrangements, recommended an excellent restaurant and were happy to talk about Sarajevo. The rooms were beautifully decorated as well, and breakfast was fit for kings. Really lived up to the many positive reviews we had read on Booked.net!

The hotel design was really original, the services were more than good and the staff was absolutely helpful. Besides, the location is superb. All things considered, a fantastic option when visiting Sarajevo.
The breakfast time is a bit short, from 7 to 9. If you're in the city for business it might be fine, but if the purpose of the trip is pleasure, as was my case, you usually want to sleep a bit more.

I've stayed there before and I will stay there again if I go to Sarajevo again. You feel rather in a big mansion than in a hotel and there are wide rooms for all sorts of stays - lonely businessman or family in an apartment. They provide for everything you ask for and are always very kind and helpful. The decoration of the rooms, especially the antiques, are joy to look at, pretty particular. The breakfast is tasty, home-made and served in nice crockery and cutlery, not like the plastic food provided elsewhere. It is also easy to work in your room with good connection Wi-Fi.
This time we had some heating problem, because it turned to winter all of a sudden and the building took time to warm up. However the staff provided us with electric heaters, which we did not need after 2 days.

This hotel is located in a great spot, with easy access to the city center. the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with plenty of natural light. the breakfast selection is impressive. the receptionists speak fluent English and are very kind and helpful, always willing to answer questions, arrange taxis, and more.
The elevator can be too small to comfortably fit enough luggage, which can be inconvenient.

The bedroom was unique and quite stunning - extremely spacious, well presented/ furnished, with a wonderful balcony having goods views of the surrounding areas. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, plentiful, with first class service by attentive staff.
It was a great pity, and a strange contradiction, that the bathroom did not match the opulence of the bedroom. The bath was small, the over bath shower oscillated between hot and cool from the instant heater, and the toilet was loose and badly located. I would strongly recommend a complete refit/ enlargement of the bathroom in order to justify the room rate, and to do justice to the wonderful bedroom.
